we must first examine the piece in order for us to give you a precise amount
for the restoration.
Then depending on the amount of time and materials involved, we will be
able to give you an exact quotation.
This quote will list the item, discription of restoration, the exact cost with shipping
and time schedule for completion.
We will then mail, fax or email this quotation to you for your approval and signature.
Pending your acceptance of the quotation we will restore the item and return it to you
by United Parcel Service.
